How to use Shazam in Chrome to recognize a song –

Using Shazam in Chrome is something that can be extremely useful, especially when you want to recognize the music playing in the browser. The extension can make life a lot easier for users, preventing them from having to open their cell phone every time they want to do so.

And another positive point is that the program works in a similar way to the mobile app, allowing you to recognize music in an extremely fast and practical way. But, before proceeding, keep in mind some information:

  • The Shazam extension does not allow you to log in with your account or sync with the app;
  • The add-on works on YouTube, Twitch, SoundCloud, Wikipedia and many other sites;
  • It is possible to download the application in browsers that support Chrome extensions, such as Microsoft Edge, for example.

Now, let’s go to the complete step by step.
