Global economic recovery continues at a slow pace, with several countries facing development disparity. The 2nd United Nations Conference on Sustainable Global Transport, in Beijing, aimed to seek solutions to this problem.
“We must adapt to the general trend of world development and foster global cooperation in the field of transport to open a new historic page of infrastructure interconnection, trade and investment flow and inter-civilizations interconnections,” said Chinese President Xi Jinping , during the opening ceremony of the 2nd United Nations Conference on Sustainable Global Transport, held via videoconference.
