Terence Darrell Kelly, accused of kidnapping Cleo Smith – the four-year-old girl who was missing for 18 days in Western Australia – was transferred this Friday to a maximum security prison in Perth. The 36-year-old man will remain in detention until the next court hearing, scheduled for 6 December.
