Preparations are ongoing as the third edition of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) event, TechPlus Conference & Expo is expected to attract about 15,000 delegates across West Africa.
TechPlus is a platform for the convergence of ideas, access to the newest and most thought-provoking trends and the future of technology.
Unlike other editions held in Lagos, one of the key features for this year’s conference is the multicity event structured with the introduction of a one-day special event in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
With the theme, ‘An intelligent future: From connectivity to digital immersion’, the event is aimed at exploring advancements in some of the major technology trends of the future, which includes augmented reality, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, workforce automation and digital disruption.
Speaking at media briefing in Lagos, the newly appointed General Manager, Techplus, Taiwo Oyewole, said the programmme is expected to hold from July 4 to 8 bringing captains of industries, tech savvy together to brainstorm on the evolving innovation across the globe.
