Frank Annoh-Dompreh Vows to Strengthen Minority Caucus as Second Parliamentary Meeting Begins

Minority Chief Whip and Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, has assured Ghanaians of the Minority Caucus’ readiness to intensify its parliamentary oversight role as Parliament reconvenes for the Second Meeting of the Second Session of the Ninth Parliament.

In a statement posted on his official Facebook page, Hon. Annoh-Dompreh reaffirmed his dedication to leading the Minority side with unity, discipline, and determination in pursuit of accountability and national development.

According to the Minority Chief Whip, the Caucus remains committed to working together in the interest of the Ghanaian people while ensuring that government actions and policies are subjected to proper scrutiny in Parliament.

He stressed that the Minority’s responsibility goes beyond political opposition, noting that the Caucus is focused on defending the concerns of ordinary citizens and amplifying the voices of constituents across the country.

“Together with the Mighty Minority, we will continue to champion transparency, defend the interests of Ghanaians, and ensure that the voices of our constituents are heard both in Parliament and beyond,” he stated.

Hon. Annoh-Dompreh further assured the people of Nsawam-Adoagyiri and the general public that he remains committed to delivering purposeful leadership and contributing meaningfully to the work of Parliament.

The lawmaker’s remarks come as Parliament prepares to deliberate on major national matters expected to dominate discussions during the session, including governance, economic concerns, and policies aimed at improving the welfare of citizens.

As Minority Chief Whip, Hon. Annoh-Dompreh continues to play a central role in coordinating the activities of the Minority Caucus and shaping parliamentary debate on issues of national importance.
