Simona Halep’s manager and Patrick Mouratoglou’s collaborator Nina Wennerstrom shared a motivational speech on her Instagram shortly after the divorce of Simona Halep went viral. The speech could be a hidden message for the Romanian former world number one.
“We always say that our athletes are our inspiration. Because as an athlete, there are two things that you learn: there are no shortcuts to success. It’s all about working hard and delivering on the pressure. There are always tough moments in a career.
So you have to be a fighter. And I tell my team that’s our inspiration. We have to do the same. We have to work harder than anyone. We have to find new ways to develop, to be better, to improve. We won’t always succeed but it’s how we handle these difficult situations that will actually define our future,” says Wennerstrom.
