Former Australian Open tournament director Paul McNamee thought the Nick Kyrgios and Stefanos Tsitsipas was pure entertainment. In the Wimbledon third round, Kyrgios and Tsitsipas clashed in a match that very tense from the start until the end.
Kyrgios wasn’t happy when Tsitsipas wasn’t defaulted after smashing the ball into the crowd, while the Greek seemingly several times targeted the Australian. In the end, Kyrgios claimed a four-set victory. “My take on Nick Kyrgios.

McNamee: Kyrgios has gotten better
Kyrgios, 27, isn’t lacking any confidence in his abilities on grass as he believes he can bean anybody on the fastest tennis surface.
“Much chat on the Kyrgios psyche. A few words now on his tennis. He’s a better player than before, still best serve in the world (with Isner). He’s improved his volleying (even softer hands) & his inside-in forehand & the big one, he’s generating far more speed on the backhand,” McNamee wrote in another tweet.

After finishing their match, Kyrgios and Tsitsipas went at each other during their press conferences.
The first was Tsitsipas, who called Kyrgios an “evil bully.” “It’s constant bullying,” Tsitsipas said of Kyrgios’ behavior. “He was probably a bully at school. I don’t like bullies. He has a very evil side to him.”
Kyrgios defended himself by stating he did nothing disrespectful and also called Tsitsipas “soft.” “I’m not sure how I bullied him. He was the one hitting balls at me, hitting a spectator. I didn’t do anything.
Apart from me going back and forth with the umpire a bit. I didn’t do anything towards Stefanos today that was disrespectful, I don’t think”. Kyrgios plays Brandon Nakashima in the last-16.
