Photographer sues Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleges sexual assault on commercial set

Embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a photographer who alleges he was sexually assaulted by the rapper.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims the incident occurred during a high-profile commercial shoot in 2022 or 2023. According to his lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court on March 26, Combs invited him into his trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities.

Once inside, the lawsuit alleges, Combs unzipped his pants and told the photographer that if he performed satisfactory oral sex, it would make his “career take off.” The plaintiff claims he complied out of fear that his career would suffer if he refused.

When Combs allegedly deemed the act unsatisfactory, he threatened him with violence before sending him back to work, leaving him to process the trauma.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement reads. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The Bad Boy Records founder has faced multiple lawsuits from men, women, and minors accusing him of sexual misconduct, with allegations spanning decades. He has consistently denied all claims.

The latest lawsuit comes as Sean “Diddy” Combs remains incarcerated in Brooklyn following his indictment on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and forced labor.

However, he has pleaded not guilty as his trial is set to begin soon.

Video of Ex-GHS boss slamming medical trips abroad resurfaces amid Vice President’s plans

Vice President, Prof Naana Jane Okoku Agyemang Vice President, Prof Naana Jane Okoku Agyemang

Following the announcement that the Vice President, Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, is set to be flown abroad for medical treatment, a viral video of former Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Prof Agyeman Badu Akosa, has resurfaced online.

In the video, he strongly opposes political appointees seeking medical care abroad.

Over the years, it has become common for politicians, including the President and senior government appointees, to seek medical treatment overseas, usually in Europe, whenever they are unwell.

Speaking in an interview in the widely shared video, the outspoken medical practitioner condemned this practice, urging politicians to equip medical facilities across the country to international standards so they can receive treatment locally.

“Why should any public officer, politician, or senior public official be allowed to travel outside to seek healthcare? Do they disrespect those of us who are medically qualified professionals in this country? If you look at the budget for external medical treatment, why are we not prepared to ensure that there are MRIs in every region, that there are CT scans?” he questioned.

Prof Badu Akosa further stated: “Whether you like it or not, healthcare is expensive, and when they go out there, they pay through their nostrils. So why can’t we develop our healthcare system here? If the President falls ill and is admitted to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital or the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), what will happen? Are there no competent doctors to take care of them? There are.”

On Sunday, March 30, 2024, the Presidency’s Communications Directorate released a statement confirming that the Vice President attended the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) on Saturday following an unexpected health incident.

According to the statement, signed by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Member of Parliament and Minister for Government Communications, medical experts have advised that the Vice President seek further treatment abroad to ensure her full recovery.

“We extend our best wishes to the Vice President for a speedy recovery,” the statement concluded.

Samson Lardy Reveals What Sam George Said On His Show That Left Him Speechless

0

Renowned journalist and lawyer, Samson Lardy Anyenini, has revealed what Sam George said on his show about the real estate business in Ghana.

The Ningo-Prampram MP, in an earlier interview on JoyNews’ Newsfile, alleged that some individuals use real estate as a cover-up to clean ‘dirty money’ obtained through illegal activities. According to him, people buy and sell properties among themselves to convert illegally acquired money into legitimate wealth.

Reacting to this, Samson Lardy Anyenini took to his Facebook page on Monday, 24th March, 2025 and shared a brief but thought-provoking message. He wrote:

“Pray – ‘Real Estate business in Ghana is money laundering’ – Sam George claims

“Yeah, he should have posted a caveat. What ought to be done to avoid the plenty washing through real estate?”

His reaction suggests that Sam George should have included a disclaimer or provided more evidence to support his claims. He also raised an important question about what measures should be put in place to stop the alleged money laundering in Ghana’s real estate sector.

Sam George’s statement has generated discussions on the transparency of real estate transactions in Ghana. Many people believe that the rapid rise of expensive properties, especially in prime areas of Accra, is suspicious. Some argue that the pricing of houses is unrealistic compared to the average income levels of Ghanaians.

Critics say that without proper financial tracking and strict regulations, real estate could become a major channel for corrupt politicians and businesspeople to hide illicit funds. Ghanaians are eager to see whether the government will take action to address the issue. Many believe that failing to regulate the sector properly could lead to further financial crimes and worsen corruption in the country.
