Ahead of the forthcoming presidential election, the presidential candidate of the Labor Party, Mr. Peter Obi, has urged the university authorities to give students a break so that they will be able to vote because it is about their future.
He further stated that what is important for him is that people should collect their PVC. “In some parts of the country, there are some people that are complaining that they have not collected their PVC due to some situation or another. I will like the INEC to look into the matter,” he said.
According to him, this forthcoming presidential election is really in the interest of the young people, and I am sure that they will be given the chance to go and vote. “I am begging the university authorities to give students a break so that they should be able to vote the leaders they want into power because this election will be a life changer,” he said.
