The Corpse Of The Ex-CBN Staff’s Son Was Floating On A River With His Hands Tied To The Back -Source

The dead body of Oreoluwa, a son of the couple murdered on New Year day in Abeokuta, has been recovered from the Ogun river in the Adigbe-Obada axis of the Ogun State capital, the Punch reports.

Recall that the former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) staff, Kehinde Fatinoye and his wife Bukunola, were reportedly burnt alive with their son and maid kidnapped by assassins after they came back from New Year crossover service.

However, the corpse of the son of the assassinated ex-CBN staff has been found and a source who spoke to newsmen on Tuesday morning about the latest development revealed that the dead body of the son was found floating on the Ogun river with his hands and legs tied. The source however, didn’t mention the whereabouts of the maid.

The source said, “The decomposing body of the former CBN staff’s son, Oreoluwa was discovered floating on the river by fishermen on Tuesday morning and his hands were tied with rope to the back when he was found.”

The source who found him also noted that he Oreoluwa’s dead body was found while they were checking their fishing equipments on the river.

Nevertheless, the police spokesperson in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, vowed that the assassins will not go unpunished and they will be charged to book immediately they are arrested.
