Head Coach of Nigeria’s U-20 Men’s football team, Isah Ladan Bosso, has released a list of 40 players to begin camping in Abuja from Monday, November 28th, in preparation for next year’s U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Egypt.
The list comprises five goalkeepers, nine defenders, 13 midfielders, and 13 forwards. The players will stay at the Serob Legacy Hotel in the Wuye District of Abuja.
The seven-time African champions triumphed at the WAFU B U-20 Championship held in Niger Republic in May and qualified to represent the zone at the 2023 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations to be staged in Egypt between February 18th – March 12th.

All four semi-finalists at the U20 AFCON will represent Africa at next year’s FIFA U20 World Cup finals in Indonesia.
