Emile Smith Rowe Set To Feature In Arsenal U-21s Game Tomorrow

Arsenal’s first team forward Emile Smith Rowe is set to feature in their academy team tomorrow, as Mikel Arteta looks to observe his match fitness after recovering from injury. It was reported by James Benge that the star midfielder would be included with the rest of the academy team for their premier league cup fixture against Swansea under 23s.

Emile Smith Rowe scored 10 goals for Arsenal last season, and was the second highest goal scorer for the club in their revival season. If he can recover his form, it would be interesting to see what Mikel Arteta does in his team selections, as Gabriel Martinelli has played incredibly well these past games.Arsenal's winners and losers after Leicester City win as Emile Smith Rowe faces battle - Mirror Online

Emile Smith Rowe would also be battling for a spot with Fabio Vieira in the Europa League, so it would be important for him to return to his previous form. Arsenal’s next game is against Bournemouth on the 20th of August, hopefully they can pick up their third win of the season on that day.
