Man Narrates How His Daughter Allegedly Dropped Out From School And Went To Live In An Ondo Church

In a report on Punch News, one of the parents of the victims found in an underground apartment in an Ondo Church, Mr Michael Olorunyomi has narrated how his daughter allegedly dropped out from her University and moved to the church where he claimed she started living until they were rescued by the Ondo State Police Command.

It would be recalled that no fewer than 50 people were recently rescued in an underground apartment at the Whole Bible Believer Church, which is located in the Valentino area of Ondo Town in Ondo state, according to the report on Leadership News.

While talking further in the report, Mr Michael said that he regretted leaving his daughter behind in the church after the left the church. According to the reported narration on Punch News, Mr Michael said that he left the church when he found out that the pastor was allegedly teaching the Bible wrongly to the members. Mr Michael said that the pastor was allegedly teaching the members to divorce their wives if they want to make it into heaven.

According to Mr Michael, his daughter, who he said was in 300 level in an unnamed Nigerian University, allegedly dropped out of school and started living in the church. Mr Michael said that his daughter moved to the church after she was allegedly told that Jesus would be coming for the 2nd time.

He further said that the pastor of the church allegedly preached that there was nothing in the world again and that rapture would happen by September 2022, according to the report on Punch News.

According to the report on Punch, Mr Michael alleged that there was a time a marriage was arranged between his daughter and a member of the pastor’s family.
