The Board is pursuing other matters pending before the courts relating to the licensing of CMOs and shall inform the public upon determination,\u201d<\/em> KECOBO stated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1201\">KECOBO also warned against remitting royalties to the Performing and Audio Visual Rights Society of Kenya (PAVRISK), whose license was revoked in 2024. While PAVRISK challenged this revocation in court, the case remains unresolved.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1498\">The board further issued a stern warning to any individuals or organizations illegally collecting royalties without its authorization, stating that such actions could result in prosecution.
