Yesterday, the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua came into sharp criticism from the people after his statement about the financial bill that is now before the parliamentary system.
However, Nairobi women representative Esther Pasaris has now come into defence of the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua and said that people have different ways of understanding English. She has said that the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua did notean that if one does not support the bill, he will not get the money for development.
“I did not hear DP Gachagua say that if you do not support the finance Bill, you will not get money for development. What he meant is that we need money to build roads. There is a different way to understand English.” The women representative said.
This comes when the bill is now before Parliament and is expected to be discussed by the legislatures on the way forward of the country.
