Moment Of Betryal As Details Allegedly Emerge On Raila’s Key Allies Who Are Set To Back Finance Bill

Former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga who is also the leader of Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition is leading the wing of Kenyans who are vehemently opposed to the proposed Finance Bill of 2023 which is set to be tabled and debated in Parliament of the Republic of Kenya.

The controversial bill has seen political temperatures heighten in the country as calls for its amendment at a higher notch. The opponents of the bill are seeing it as punitive and one that is likely to cause more misery and suffering to Kenyans amid tough economic times.

With sharp division seemingly rocking the National Assembly of the Republic of Kenya, an allegation has emerged on a good number of key allies of Raila Amolo Odinga who are ser to betray their master and support the controversial bill.

Speaking on Monday, South Mugirango Member of Parliament, Honourable Silvanus Osoro alleged that about 50 Members of Parliament from Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition are set to back the bill despite the call by the opposition for rejection of the same.

Notably, the Legislature allegedly revealed that a firebrand Nairobi County Women Representative, Esther Passaris is among the notable allies of Raila who are set to give a nod to the bill at the floor of the House.

It is indeed a moment of betrayal as the opposition camp in the country has turned out to be a Tower of Babel.
