Citizen TV has dismissed reports that they have neglected undercover journalist Purity Mwambia in exile. According to Citizen TV, such reports are unfounded and largely misleading for the station still pays for her house and bills.

Citizen TV has affirmed that the allegations that Purity Mwambia is almost to be evicted from United States is cooked up to government a bad image. The station has also affirmed that those are saying purity Mwambia spoke on troubles in exile are misleading people.
Citizen TV has asked Kenyans to ignore the reports of their employee and understand that she is still being paid by the institution. Purity Mwambia has been earning salaries from the TV yet she fled to exile for security reasons.
It’s not yet clear as to whether citizen TV is making this statement to avoid being trolled by Kenyans. However, whether Mwambia has been neglected, it’s obvious that she is the best person to give her life story.
