Kenyans React on What They Expect to Hear in President Ruto’s Madaraka Speech

Today, Kenya is marking her 60th Madaraka Day. President Ruto is leading the Celebration of the Important Day at Embu County. At the time of Writing this Article the motorcade of the President had already made its way into Embu Stadium and the Ceremony had officially began.

60 years after Independence, Kenya has made a lot of achievements. Sadly however a number still to languish in Poverty, Unemployment, Lack of Health Facilities among other challenges.

Today President Ruto is expected to make a Speech, that many allover the country are waiting eagerly to hear. Many Kenyans are waiting to see whether the President will address the high cost of living being experienced currently in the country. A Section have expressed that they expect the president to announce reduction of prices of basic commodities.

However a section of Kenyans are fearing that President Ruto is likely to make more good promises that are appeasing to the ears but hardly any actions. Below are some of their reactions;
