Former crystal palace chairman Simon Jordan has honestly named Real Madrid wonder kid Vinicius Jr as a better winger than Arsenal academy graduate Bukayo Saka. The English pundit believes that Vinicius Jr is a genius in terms of a player and his level can only be compared to players like Kylian Mbappe who have been on top form since making their debut.
Bukayo Saka has on marvelous form this season under Mikel Arteta producing double figures in the premier league scoring 13 goals and also making ten assists. The England international is widely known for his dribbling skills, creativity and finishing abilities which have made him one of the standout performers in Europe this season.
The 21 years old has been compared to top class players in Europe playing in his position as one of the best by the English pundits. However, former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan has surprisingly revealed that Bukayo Saka is not a genius in terms of playing football in his position like Mbappe and Vinicius Jr.
“This idea that we need to tell every English player that once they hit a vein of form that they’re world-class is a false equivalency for me. Saka is a very good player, the current incumbent of that particular title.”
He added:
“But when we talk about world-class, we talk about geniuses. We talk about Mbappe, we talk about the young kid at Real Madrid, Vinicius Junior, that I believe are geniuses.”
