Several people Mama Mboga, Bodaboda riders among others stormed the streets to meet President Ruto. Kenyans reacted after a Photo of a man spotted at the top of a tree as President Ruto was addressing.

According to a post shared by President Ruto on his Facebook page, the man had dressed on a bullet proof-like object on his chest as he watched the crowd from the tree top.
