Good News To Kenyans As HELB Makes The Following Morning Announcement

The higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has and continues to offer loans to students in higher education institutions such as colleges, universities and technical colleges across the country.

The money they loan to students help in settling fee balances and for upkeep during the time they spend in school. Students are expected to pay back the loan after they have completed their studies or after getting employment.

A morning announcement by HELB on their official Twitter page has brought a smile to Kenyans who would want to further their studies even when employed. In the announcement, a loan of upto KSh 600000 thousand can be given.

The Training Revolving Fund (RTF) is open to all civil servants and workers for the loan application which takes 14 days to be processed.

Requirements for the application are; Admission letter from a recognized tertiary Institution, certified copy of KRA pin, Certified copy of National ID, certified copy of National ID from two guarantors who work in the civil service, copies of three months’ latest payslip, Recent coloured passport size photos and a recommendation from the employer.
