Charles Owino Drops Siaya Gubernatorial Bid, To Be Nicholas Gumbo’s Running Mate.
The former Police spokesperson Charles Owino has dropped his Siaya county Gubernatorial bid and he will now be the running mate of the former Rarieda Member of Parliament Honourable Nicholas Gumbo.
The two also on Tuesday officially joined the UDM Party which they will be using to vie for the top seat in the county of Siaya and it’s expected that they will pose a very tough competition against ODM party’s James Orengo.
Charles Owino will now be working with Nichols Gumbo in during the election period .
