The case that has been going on in the ICC has been of much concern on William Ruto’s presidency bid.It was revealed that Gicheru’s Case will not deliver justice to the victims.After the 2007 general election,the was eruption of violence in the country that led to massive deaths and destruction of properties.
The case was linked to William Ruto among others and this has been changing daily due to the misleading witnesses for the case.The ICC judges should now do thorough investigation and analysis to arrest the victims who were involved in this war.Many people were displaced from their land and ended up settling as refugees in the country.
The witnesses in the court seems to have been much corrupt and therefore have been suing money to twist the case by involving fake witnesses.Some leaders who were accused of the act have been freed and now the main culprits are now in the case.
