Deadly shooting under investigation in Pacific Beach; one dead, no suspects in custody

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. near Mission Boulevard and Garnet Avenue, near Crystal Pier.

Police say one person was taken to the hospital, where they died from their injuries.

No suspects are in custody, according to the latest information from police.

Traffic restrictions are in place in the area during the investigation.
