The 56-year-old Combs is currently serving his 50-month sentence at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution, a low-security facility in New Jersey, after being convicted of two violations of the Mann Act for transportation to engage in prostitution. Before receiving his sentence last October, Combs was acquitted of more serious charges like racketeering and sex trafficking, for which he could have faced life in prison.
Now, according to a new report, Combs has been living a lavish life behind bars since his sentencing, with his fellow inmates cooking him meals, cleaning the bathroom, and doing his laundry. 50 Cent poked fun at Combs' alleged luxurious prison life while sharing that tickets are now on sale for his new film, Street Fighter.

Alongside the trailer of the movie, which hits theaters on October 16, the rapper, born Curtis James Jackson III, wrote, "Tickets on sale now in theaters everywhere even Diddy I pad in jail. LOL."
Following NBC News' September 29 report of Combs' pampered life in prison, the In da Club hitmaker, who has been involved in a public rivalry with the jailed rapper for decades, took to Instagram to share, "lol this fool is not gonna listen to nobody, he is the gay jhon Gotti! [sic]."
50 Cent was comparing Combs to the former boss of the Gambino crime family in New York City. In his Instagram post, 50 Cent also tagged his upcoming movie, Street Fighter, in which he stars as the boxing villain Balrog.
In NBC's report, inmates, who were granted anonymity to speak freely to the publication about life in prison, alleged that Combs pays some men to cook and clean for him, while others make his bed and do his laundry. According to the prisoners, there is even a man who gives the rapper Chinese-style massages.
"This is not some normal s— you see in jail. This is some rich s–t," one of the men told NBC News. "It looks crazy, but again, it's Diddy." NBC obtained photos and videos taken inside the prison, which appeared to show Combs using a contraband phone.
Several insiders have alleged that the disgraced music mogul uses contraband cellphones to scroll through Instagram and look at nude and sexually explicit photos that an old girlfriend sends him.
He is also said to have a stash of premium liquor he often indulges in with a tight-knit group of fellow inmates on weekend nights. One of NBC's sources claims that guards reportedly smuggled the alcohol in for the famous prisoner. One of them said, "Hell yeah, I drank with him," claiming he enjoyed Hennessy with Combs behind bars.
Following the bombshell report, a spokesperson for Combs said in a statement, "The continued scrutiny of every mundane detail of Sean Combs's life in prison has reached the point where the media characterizes ordinary prison life as news. The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence while awaiting the court's decision on his appeal."
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons told NBC that the agency could not discuss a particular inmate's living conditions for "privacy, safety, and security reasons."
They added in a statement, "Like all correctional agencies, contraband, particularly cell phones, narcotics, and weapons, remains a constant challenge, and we continue to tackle the problem of contraband being introduced into our facilities."
Combs, who has been imprisoned since his September 2024 arrest, has seen his release date altered multiple times. Now, it has been moved back to January 21, 2028. His previous release date was February 23, 2028.
He was originally set to be freed on May 8, 2028, before the date was pushed back to June 4 in December, moved up to April 25, and then pushed to April 15 in March. It was then move up to February 23, 2028, before the latest change.
Prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York had sought a sentence of more than a decade. They accused the father of seven of leading a criminal enterprise that "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct," according to the indictment. Combs pleaded not guilty and has denied all of the allegations against him.
Combs' defense team argued for no more than a 14-month sentence, pointing to what they described as a partial vindication by the jury. His legal team had specifically requested that he be placed at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution, citing both its proximity to family and access to rehabilitation programs.
