State govt botched paddy procurement arrangements: Congress

They alleged widespread disarray, delayed payments and poor lifting facilities across govt grain markets in Haryana. Haryana Congress affairs incharge Sanjay Dutt and Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president Rao Narender Singh made the observations during a joint inspection of the govt grain market in Karnal.
