DPM, British HC discuss Pak-UK bilateral ties
British High Commissioner Jane Marriott, on Saturday, called on Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and discussed Pak-United Kingdom relations. Both sides welcomed the positive momentum in bilateral ties and discussed upcoming engagements to carry this cooperation forward, the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release. They also exchanged views on the evolving regional situation. The DPM/FM underscored the importance of efforts to ease tensions and reaffirmed that dialogue and diplomacy remain the only viable way forward.
