“We Are Happy” – HIV-Positive South African Man Reveals Plans to Marry HIV-Negative Girlfriend

Ngwenya revealed that he is living with HIV, while his girlfriend is HIV-negative. According to him, their different health statuses have not prevented them from building a relationship or making plans for marriage.

In a statement shared on social media, Ngwenya expressed happiness about their relationship and confirmed that the couple is preparing to take the next step together.

“HIV positive vs HIV negative. And we are happy. Most importantly, we are getting married,” he said.
