Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s fiancé, Ken Urker, was found with drug paraphernalia, a handgun and drugs at the time of his death, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

“Deputies entered the residence through the front door and was able to see Mr. Urker from the living room area lying on his back in the bed. Deputies walked in the direction of the room and located paraphernalia (syringes and spoon) in the bathroom next to a brown powdery substance,” an incident report obtained on Friday read in part.

“Deputies located a syringe and a handgun on the nightstand next to the bed. Mr. Urker was found lying on the bed on his back, cold to the touch, and appeared to have been there for an extended period of time. His face and his arms were blue. He had a paper towel placed on his left arm with what appeared to be blotches of blood on the paper towel.”

The report continued, “The handgun on the night stand was holstered laying next to two shot glasses and a syringe.”

The reporting person — Gypsy’s family member Anita Blanchard — told authorities they attended church with him on September 30.

“They stated Mr. Urker made comments of being depressed and upset,” the report continued. “They advised he made a TikTok live video at approximately 2300 hours. They advised that he just had the videogoing while he was driving without him saying anything.”

Urker did not show up for work and Anita contacted authorities for a welfare check.

The report also stated authorities gained access through Urker’s bedroom window and found him lying on his bed unconscious. He was cold to the touch and not breathing.

Page Six also obtained the 911 call log, where a caller told dispatch that he was “in a dark place” and “has made threats to commit suicide” and “does own a gun.” She also said he “was drinking last night.”

A family friend tried to enter his home for over an hour.

“Caller stated that he killed himself,” the report claimed.

The dispatch report goes on to claim, “Someone called her saying that her brother is dead and shot himself. Caller wants to know if he is ok.” Authorities and coroner have not confirmed cause of death to Page Six.

The Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office confirmed in a statement to Page Six, “As you all know an autopsy was conducted this morning on Mr. Urker. At this time, there is no definitive cause of death. The case remains pending completion of toxicology testing.”

Urker was found dead on his 34th birthday.

Urker’s fiancée, Gypsy, told People in a statement following the death, “I’m in disbelief. I can’t think. I’ve screamed until my throat burns.”

Blanchard, who shares daughter Aurora, 1, with Urker, continued, “Ken was an amazing father and a man who was deeply loved. He will forever be my soulmate and my red string, a connection that time, distance, and even death can never erase.”

She also mentioned how he had experienced cyber bulling leading up to his passing.

She told the outlet, “Ken endured an unimaginable level of public scrutiny and relentless cyberbullying across social media platforms, including TikTok and Reddit.

“The cruelty directed toward him was something no human being should have to endure,” she added. “I believe the tremendous weight of that scrutiny and harassment had a profound impact on him, and I hope his passing serves as a reminder that there is a real person behind every screen, every headline, and every comment.”

The “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up” star told the outlet that she believes he died of an overdose.

“I don’t know if it was intentional or not,” she said. “He was not in a good state of mind lately.”

The couple met during her prison sentence for the 2015 murder of her mom, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.

They got engaged in October 2018 one year after meeting. They ultimately broke up and she went on to marry Ryan Scott Anderson in June 2022.

Blanchard and Anderson divorced in 2024 and she reunited with Urker.

It is unclear if they were together at the time of his death.
