FIR against Muslim man for marriage by fraud, conversion bid

Kanpur: An FIR has been registered against a 34-year-old Muslim man for allegedly sexually exploiting a 29-year-old woman, marrying her by concealing his identity and marital status, and pressuring her to convert, police said on Thursday.The woman, a resident of Bajaria, told police that she met the accused in 2015 while studying at Kanpur Vidya Mandir.
