Halle Berry’s son pleaded for dad to pick him up in private texts after she allegedly choked him: ‘Please come’

Halle Berry’s 12-year-old son pleaded with his father, Olivier Martinez, to pick him up after she allegedly choked him, according to court docs obtained by Page Six.

Martinez claimed their son, Maceo, called him in a panic on Sept. 26 and asked him to “come pick [him] up right now.”

In text messages included in the filing, Maceo later wrote to his dad, “Are u here please come.”

WireImage Martinez filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Berry Thursday and asked the court to temporarily halt her visits with their son. The allegations have not been proven in court. The filing was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court on Oct. 1.

Martinez claimed the initial call from Maceo lasted just 27 seconds and said his son was in a “panicked state,” prompting him to immediately head to Berry’s home.

The French actor said he texted Berry to let her know Maceo had asked him to pick him up, but she allegedly responded, “No I’m not ok with it. He wants to fight his mother?? What kind of kid are we raising.”

“As a father ask him what kind of kid is he. I’m his mother?” she allegedly continued in text messages included as exhibits in the filing.

Martinez responded that he did not know what was happening between the mother and son, but told Berry that Maceo had been “fighting too much” with her and suggested she let him stay at his dad’s home.

“This is wrong Olivier I’m his mother and this is wrong!” Berry allegedly replied.

“He had no respect for his mother and this should not be ok for you as his father!!!”

Meanwhile, Maceo continued texting his dad as Martinez made his way to Berry’s home.

“Are u almost here,” the 12-year-old wrote before following up, “Are u here please come.”

Martinez told his son he was “on my way” and later said he was eight minutes away, according to screenshots submitted with the filing.

When Martinez arrived, he claimed Maceo came out of Berry’s home followed by her boyfriend, Van Hunt, who was carrying bags containing the boy’s clothes.

Martinez alleged his son appeared to be “in a state of shock,” had a “swollen face” and initially did not tell him what had happened.
