TCL in partnership with Ghana Air Conferences has launched a new energy-efficient air conditioner.
According to the company, the device is designed to ease pressure on household budgets while promoting cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable cooling solutions in Ghana.
The collaboration between TCL and Ghana Air Conferences has produced an air conditioner that not only saves energy but also purifies indoor air.
The partners say the new device is expected to become a game-changer in the country’s energy-saving efforts. The TCL air conditioner was officially launched at the conference on November 18, 2025.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Accra on November 18, 2025, Fixon Dennis, Marketing Manager for TCL West Africa, highlighted the advanced air purification technology integrated into the unit.
He noted that the innovation positions TCL as a leading brand in sustainable cooling solutions on the Ghanaian market.
“Today we’ve launched the Fresh In, the Breeze In, the Vox In, the Save In, the VRF, the light commercial ACs, and the duct ACs. We have introduced a whole range of air conditioners you can find on the market. We think about our consumers a lot—we are giving them more technology to save money and more technology to ensure quality air when they are breathing in their rooms,” he said.
For his part, Vincent Azabak, Sales Manager of Electroland Ghana Limited, added that the new TCL air conditioner is engineered to drastically reduce power consumption while enhancing air quality.
He explained that TCL offers two major types of air conditioners: the traditional on-off model and the inverter model.
“We have inverter air conditioners that save up to 40% on power consumption. We usually recommend inverter air conditioners because they help reduce electricity costs and are very quiet. As you can see from the new lineup, the new air conditioner comes with a feature that introduces fresh air into homes. A special pipe draws in fresh air from outside, filters it, and circulates it indoors,” he noted.
