Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie is the Acting Chief Justice
Parliament’s Appointments Committee will, on Monday, November 10, 2025, vet Acting Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, the nominee to replace dismissed Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo.
According to a notice from Parliament, the vetting will take place at Parliament House in Accra and will start at exactly 11:00 a.m.
The statement added that the exercise is strictly by invitation.
