Hearts of Oak coach Didi Dramani urges belief in project after Eleven Wonders win – Ghana Latest Football News, Live Scores, Results

Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani has called on his players to keep faith in the club’s ongoing project after the Phobians secured a second successive league victory with a 1–0 win over Eleven Wonders at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday evening.

The narrow triumph lifted Hearts to third place on the Premier League table, collecting seven points from their opening three matches.

Enock Asubonteng settled the contest in the 17th minute, drilling home a low effort past the goalkeeper — a strike that ultimately proved the difference in a match where Hearts dominated the ball but were tested defensively.

“We need to believe in what we are doing, and that’s the consistency we try to invite in our players — that we try to be strong also, that we can play games, tight games, where we can score one and then that would be it, and then we can protect it. Sometimes it’s difficult,” Dramani said after the game.

Although Hearts controlled the midfield exchanges and dictated the tempo, they converted only three shots on target from sustained possession.

Dramani will now look to build on this momentum as the Phobians prepare for an away clash with Bechem United. Eleven Wonders, winless in three outings, host Young Apostles next weekend.
