Private legal practitioner Amanda Clinton has criticised the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s (OSP) decision to publicly declare former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta wanted again.
According to Amanda Clinton, the OSP action will tip off Ken Ofori-Atta who could have been quietly intercepted.
Speaking on JOY NEWS AM Show, Amanda Clinton detailed, “A Red Notice is primarily for law enforcement agencies around the world—not the general public,” Clinton emphasised.
