10 Percent Salary Increment For Public Workers Has Been Paid In April 2025.

Ghanaian government workers can rest assured that the 10% salary increase has been reflected in the April 2025 pay vouchers.

The April 2025 Salary Payment Voucher, released on Sunday, 20 April 2025 for validation, confirms the implementation of the 10% raise. Three months of arrears (January to March 2025) were also paid alongside the adjusted salary.

The negotiated salary increment, which is a 10% increase in the Base Pay on the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS), was expected to be paid in March 2025 but couldn’t go through. This increment is part of the 2025 Base Pay Agreement signed on February 20, 2025, between the Government of Ghana and Organized Labour.

Many Ghanaian government workers were anxiously waiting to see if the salary increment would be reflected this month.

In a related development, teachers in the Ghana Education Service who were promoted have also been placed on the appropriate salary scale, with adjustments made to align their pay with their current ranks.
