You’re Not Surely Going To Show Up If Tema D/A School Invited You To Come And Dance With Them—Bongo

According to a Post on Bongo Ideas official facebook account on Saturday, November 7,2026,Ghanaian social commentator Bongo Ideas has taken a swipe at award-winning rapper Sarkodie over videos showing the musician dancing with students in Kenya, questioning why he could not have undertaken a similar engagement with schoolchildren in Ghana.

In a Facebook post, Bongo Ideas acknowledged the rapper’s interaction with the Kenyan students but argued that similar opportunities should be extended to Ghanaian children, particularly those in Kumasi and Tema.

According to him, Sarkodie could have created the same memorable experience by visiting pupils at schools such as Suame D/A Primary School in Kumasi or Tema D/A Primary School.

He further questioned whether the musician would readily accept an invitation from students at either school to spend time with them and participate in their dance activities.

Bongo Ideas also humorously suggested that Ghanaian schoolchildren possess exceptional dancing abilities, claiming that a talented pupil from Tema D/A Primary School could have outperformed the Kenyan students in the choreography.

He added that such a pupil might have incorporated Azonto into the performance and even challenged Sarkodie to a dance battle.

The social commentator jokingly predicted that the hypothetical encounter could have made the young pupil an internet sensation, potentially opening doors for paid appearances.

While his comments were largely humorous, Bongo Ideas’ central message was that Ghanaian talents, especially young and gifted children, should not be overlooked when opportunities arise for celebrities to connect with their audiences.

He maintained that Sarkodie did not need to travel to Nairobi to demonstrate his ability to engage with schoolchildren, insisting that equally talented pupils could be found across Ghana.
