Ebola: Young doctor dies treating patients in DR Congo

The Ebola disease has claimed the life of a young doctor, Marie-France Shogogo, in Beni, Democratic Republic of Congo.The Director-General of Africa Centre for Disease Control, CDC, Jean Kaseya, announced the development in a post on X.Kaseya stated that the young doctor died after contracting the virus while treating patients in Beni, a city in eastern DRC.
