Court rejects Charles Bissue’s bid to throw out corruption charges

Former government official Charles Bissue has suffered a setback in his attempt to have corruption charges against him dismissed after a court rejected his legal arguments, describing the grounds as frivolous.Mr Bissue, alongside Raphael Mensah and Dr Naa Dedei Tagoe, is facing nine counts relating to alleged corruption and abuse of public office.
