State House Reveals Where Kenyans Can Follow Ruto’s Major Announcement Scheduled For 6 PM Today

President William Ruto is scheduled to deliver a recorded announcement on Wednesday evening, October 28, as he continues his visit to Russia. In a statement released on Wednesday, the President’s communication team confirmed that announcement would be aired at 6:00 pm East African Time.

The address will be streamed simultaneously through Ruto’s official social media accounts, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok.

Members of the public and the media have been invited to tune in to the platforms to follow the President’s message.

However, the statement did not disclose the subject of the announcement, leaving Kenyans waiting for further details ahead of the scheduled broadcast.

The timing of the address comes as Ruto undertakes engagements aimed at strengthening Kenya’s international relations and exploring areas of cooperation with foreign partners.

The President’s overseas visits often involve discussions on trade, investment, infrastructure development and other areas of mutual interest between Kenya and its partners.

By making the address available across several digital platforms, the communication team has provided members of the public with multiple ways to access the message without relying on a single broadcasting channel. The announcement also gives media organisations an opportunity to follow the President’s remarks and report on any developments arising from his message.

As of the time of the statement, no additional information had been provided regarding the content of the recorded address.

Kenyans will therefore have to wait until the scheduled 6:00 pm broadcast to hear what the President intends to communicate.

The public has been encouraged to follow the announcement through Ruto’s verified social media accounts for the official message.
