Jobs Are Coming In 1 To 2 Years Under 24-Hour Economy – Goosie Tanoh Tells Ghanaians

The Presidential Advisor on the 24-Hour Economy, Goosie Tanoh, has told Ghanaians to be patient as the government rolls out its 24-hour economy policy.

According to him, Ghanaians can expect to see real jobs being created from the policy within the next one to two years.

Speaking about the policy, Goosie Tanoh explained that the 24-hour economy is not something that will create jobs overnight. He said it is a well-planned program that needs time, proper structures, and investment to work.

He assured that the government is working hard behind the scenes to put everything in place – from energy to security to transport – so that businesses can operate day and night and employ more people.

“Ghanaians can expect jobs to be created under the 24-hour economy policy within the next one to two years,” he stated.

He said when the policy fully takes off, factories, shops, transport services, and government agencies will run in shifts, which will create thousands of jobs for the youth.

Goosie Tanoh added that the 24-hour economy will not only create jobs but also make Ghana’s economy stronger and more competitive.

He urged Ghanaians, especially young people looking for work, to stay hopeful and support the policy, because jobs are on the way.
