Key Activities 3 Pastors Who Perished At Mtito Andei Performed At Burial Of Fellow Pastor Revealed

Details of activities 3 Mombasa pastors did at burial of fellow minister Reverend Kinan in Lugari, Kakamega before tragedy at Kanga past Mtito Andei early morning of Sunday, October 25, 2026 revealed.

The three pastors, who served in different churches in Mombasa, were among the worshippers who travelled to Lugari, Kakamega County, to attend the burial ceremony of their fellow minister.

According to the information emerging after the accident, the clergymen reportedly participated in the burial service by delivering short sermons before the main speaker took over the proceedings.

The pastors were said to have joined other members of the Mombasa Pastors Fellowship in paying their last respects to the deceased Reverend, whose burial brought together religious leaders, family members, friends and other mourners.

However, the solemn occasion was followed by a devastating road accident as the worshippers travelled back to Mombasa.

The bus carrying members of the fellowship crashed at approximately 7:45 am at Kanga, near Mtito Andei, along the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

The accident claimed 24 lives, leaving families, church congregations and the wider religious community mourning the sudden loss of their loved ones.

Among those reported dead were Pastor Joseph Vura of the Campaign for Salvation and Healing Ministry Church, Apostle Fonex Paul of the River of Restoration Church, and Pastor Isaac Juma of the Grace Healing Ministry.

The deaths of the three church leaders have added to the grief surrounding the tragedy, particularly among their congregations and those who had worked closely with them in ministry.
