MultiChoice Introduces GH¢250 DStv Sports Package With Full Football Content

The new package is expected to provide an alternative for football fans who want to watch the full range of football content available on the platform without paying for the more expensive Compact Plus subscription, which costs approximately GH¢550.

The introduction of the GH¢250 package provides another option for customers whose primary interest in DStv is football rather than the wider range of entertainment, lifestyle, movie and general programming included in broader subscription packages.

The price difference between the two packages is significant, as the new sports option costs GH¢300 less than the approximately GH¢550 Compact Plus package, giving football enthusiasts a potentially cheaper way to access the platform’s football coverage.

The announcement also comes at a time when subscription costs remain an important consideration for pay-TV customers, with viewers increasingly looking for packages that offer value for money without compromising access to their preferred programmes.

The GH¢250 DStv Sports package gives football fans another subscription option, with its central attraction being access to the platform’s full football content at a price substantially below the cost of Compact Plus.
