KRA to roll out multi-vendor electronic cargo seals as old system exits

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is set to implement a new electronic cargo tracking framework from Monday, October 26, 2026, allowing importers, exporters and transporters to obtain cargo monitoring seals from approved private vendors instead of relying on devices owned by the tax authority.
