Linda Mwananchi Communications Boss Spotted With Gachagua’s DCP Loyalists at Glamorous Event

Linda Mwananchi interim head of communications has been spotted with leaders allied to former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua at the Pink Polo Tournament in Nairobi.

Pauline Njoroge shared a photograph on Saturday, October 24, featuring Kirinyaga Woman Representative Njeri Maina, Senator Kamau Murango and David Mathenge, a DCP senatorial aspirant in Kirinyaga.

In her caption, Njoroge described the gathering as a break from politics, crediting Maina for bringing them together.

“Some days we do politics, other days we do society. Today was the latter, courtesy of Hon. Njeri Maina. She will be dressing us the way she dresses 💕,” she wrote.

The Pink Polo Tournament combines polo, fashion and social engagement while promoting cancer awareness.

Njoroge’s appearance with the Kirinyaga leaders comes as political figures position themselves ahead of the 2027 General Election. She serves as interim head of communications in Linda Mwananchi’s Presidential Campaign Secretariat, a movement associated with Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna.

Maina, Murango and Mathenge are aligned with Gachagua’s Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP).

Although the photograph brought together figures associated with different political circles, Njoroge presented the occasion as a social engagement and did not suggest that the meeting involved political discussions.
