Republic Financial Holdings announces changes in leadership

The Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) and Republic Bank Limited (RBL) have announced changes to their executive leadership, confirming the departure of Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Richard S. Sammy.A statement issued by the Group and copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) said Mr Sammy exited the organisation effective October 14, 2026, ending an 18-year career with the Republic Group.
