Get to know Bonhle, a Skeem Saam resident, through these stunning images of her daily life. South African actress Keamogetswe Leburu has taken on the role of Bontle on the SABC 1 serial drama Skeem Saam.

She is a superb performer, capable of delivering stellar vocals, raps, and dance moves. Keamogetswe is no stranger to the small screen, having made appearances on shows like Rhythm City and Intersexions.

She was born Keamogetswe Trudy Leburu on February 10, 1995, in the town of Kagiso, west of Johannesburg. She was just nine years old when her mother died in 2004, and a year later, in 2005, her father followed suit.

After losing both of her parents in a vehicle accident, Kea was raised by her grandparents. Independent at last, Keamogetwe Leburu is now living on his own in Johannesburg.

Kea Leburu’s introduction to netball occurred when she was a student at Bosele Primary School.

After that, she attended Mosupatsela High School to finish her metric at that institution. Kea finally decided to fulfill a longstanding dream and enrolled at Market Theater Laboratory to become a stage actress.
