Paris Saint-Germain staged a comeback to beat Barcelona 4-2 at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday night. On a game that was a nail biter in the final quarter, they managed to tally three tries in the final 15 minutes.

Barcelona dominated possession with the scoreline remaining at 1-1 despite the Barcelona 54% lead, but PSG broke the deadlock in the 38th minute. Barcelona levelled in the 55th minute and for a brief time, the home side appeared to be the more threatening side.

PSG led the way again in the 72nd minute and were then given wild game. Barcelona struck again in the 79th minute when they levelled the scores again. PSG then struck back two minutes later to make it 3-2. They came back to add a fourth in the 86th minute to put the game to bed.

A look at the stats will tell you how serious the French champions were. PSG fired 14 goals and Barcelona fired nine on target with eight off target as both teams had 20 shots. PSG were also showing a non-stop yellow card policy all match.

PSG makes for a big statement as a result. Barcelona will be disappointed after a strong start to the season, which included a 5-1 win over Feyenoord and a 4-1 win away to Galatasaray. The next match for them in the Champions League is away against Aston Villa on November 3.
