ECG to undertake nationwide meter audit exercise

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced plans to commence a nationwide meter audit exercise aimed at reducing commercial losses, improving revenue assurance and combating electricity theft.The exercise will cover all ECG operational areas and involve the inspection and verification of prepaid and postpaid meters, Special Load Tariff (SLT) installations and associated wiring.
