Woman Sparks Outrage After Claiming She Infected 150 Men With HIV and Explaining Why

A woman has sparked widespread reactions on social media after allegedly claiming that she had infected 150 men with HIV, with her explanation drawing further criticism from Kenyans online.

In a video circulating on social media, the woman reportedly claimed to have had sexual relations with more than 150 men and alleged that she had exposed them to the virus. The claims have not been independently verified, and there is no confirmed evidence that all the men mentioned were infected.

According to reports, she also explained her alleged actions by referring to concerns about heartbreak and rejection in relationships. Her remarks prompted angry reactions from social media users, with some calling for investigations into the claims.

Some Kenyans urged the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to look into the matter, while others called for the woman to be arrested if the allegations were established.

Nairobi County Chief Officer for Citizen Engagement and Customer Service Geoffrey Mosiria also called for investigations, saying the allegations should be taken seriously and handled according to the law.

However, the claims made in the circulating video should not be treated as proven facts without independent evidence. The woman’s HIV status and the alleged infection of the men have not been independently confirmed.

The incident has renewed online discussions about sexual health, personal responsibility and the need for accurate information when serious allegations are shared on social media.
